Hidden Gem: We wanted a peaceful honeymoon away from the city and we found it at this resort. The tranquil surroundings and comfortable amenities made our stay truly memorable. The regular shuttle service to the MRT station and the on-site supermarket were convenient perks. We especially enjoyed the spacious room with its zen-like balcony overlooking the golf course.

Limited TV Channels: One drawback was the limited number of TV channels available. We found some channels were missing, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a touch of elegance and charm. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The accessibility features such as ramps and handrails were thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

It would have been even better if the children working there could have been more attentive and responsive to the needs of senior guests.

The staff were not very friendly and accommodating, and had poor communication skills. The bathroom had issues with cleanliness, and the soundproofing in the room was inadequate as one could hear noise from outside, next door or above.

I recently attended a wedding reception at this luxurious hotel and was impressed by its location. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Royal Palm restaurant, where the wedding dinner was held. I also had the chance to spend some time bowling in the hotel's alley, which was a great experience. The staff in both the restaurant and the alley were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's setting, surrounded by a beautiful garden, added to the overall charm of the venue.

This place offers top-notch service and a range of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Three swimming pools, including excellent kids pool. Pleasant green setting, large room with balcony, supermarket on site, kids playroom.

Quite noisy in mornings due to machines maintaining golf course close to rooms, also cleaning staff talking quite loudly in room next door (or maybe it was other guests...).

Unfortunately the reservation staff had made errors on my billing on two occassions. Last stay, they triple-charged me. This stay, they under- charged me. Otherwise, it would be a perfect stay.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the greenery. The amenities available at the hotel were impressive as we enjoyed the different styles of swimming pools and there were facilities like bowling and playground available. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating during our entire stay.

This quiet hotel offers three lovely pools and great amenities such as a supermarket and a cozy cafe. The rooms have basic amenities, and some rooms have fantastic views of the surrounding golf course. the staff is accommodating and helpful with luggage storage and dealing with flight changes.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, especially the home-brewed lemon tea, which tasted strange and weirdly like lime juice.
